Custom Invoice Number + Images on Invoice

Hello! We are finalizing our Event Espresso set-up and have two questions about the invoice/receipt.
1. When we view the invoice online there are small broken images to the left in several areas. (See screen shot here: http://www.hostinguc.com/core/invoice-broken-image.png)

When the invoice is downloaded, there is a big box that says “Image Not Found.”

When I click on the image this is the url displayed: https://2tphyd2raecs4dg3oo3o9r3c-wpengine.netdna-ssl.com/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-decaf/core/templates/global_assets/images/calendar_year-24×24.png.

How can I access and remove that broken image?

2. One the invoice, the following information is displayed:
Registration Code: 46-2-1-6c64
Transaction ID: 46

There is no invoice number shown. However, when the transaction comes through Authorize.net, neither the registration code or transaction id are referenced. An odd invoice number is displayed (0nikQFwSAgmo).

Is it possible to display an invoice number on the Event Espresso generated invoice that is carried over to the Authorize.net receipt?

Thank you so much for your assistance!

Emily

Hi Emily,

With regards to item 1, the reason for the broken images is because your site’s invoice template is pointing to image files in the Event Espresso decaf plugin. That will happen if the site had Event Espresso decaf installed previously.

What you can do is go to Event Espresso > Messages > Default Message Templates, then click the Edit Purchaser link in the Invoice row. Then you hit the Reset Templates button. This will reset the Invoice template that’s stored in the database so it will use the images available from the regular version of EE4 that’s on your site now.

Is it possible to display an invoice number on the Event Espresso generated invoice that is carried over to the Authorize.net receipt?

I checked, and this isn’t possible. The Authorize.net receipt doesn’t output any IDs related to the transaction ID, registration code, or anything else used by the Event Espresso invoice.
