Custom forms will not install…

Hi there – I hope this is an easy problem.

I can’t install the custom files plug in. When I try – this is what I get.

“Unpacking the package…

Installing the plugin…

The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.

Plugin install failed.”

Any ideas?

Hi Sean,

The custom files add on is not a plugin which is why it is failing. Here are the instructiosn to add it in https://eventespresso.com/wiki/custom-files-addon/
