Good Day
i have just purchased the Business License of Event Espresso.
I have activated all the plugins, but have failed to install and active custom files.
I have tried it via the plugins -> Add new -> Upload
and uploading and extracting it in the backend, but no success
i get this from wordpress

Installing the plugin…
The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.
Plugin install failed.
Return to Plugins page
Can you maybe tell me why this is happenig, and how to solve it?

Hi Hennie,
It turns out that the custom files are not a plugin. They are an optional set of files for PHP developers to use when customizing Event Espresso. There are installation instructions in the documentation that can be read here:
