Custom Files plug in failing installation

Hello, I just purchased the business license and was installing EE and various plugins. I was able to successfully install most of them but the Custom Files plugin 3.1.zip failed. It went through the process:
Unpacking the package…
Installing the plugin…
The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.
Plugin install failed.

Could someone please advise? I tried multiple times to download the plugin file and install and it always failed.

I found in the forums that it’s not a plugin – I assumed it was. Sorry for the post.
