I’ve been using custom fields for some time to send registrants links to our online courses and passwords for access.
The custom registration messages are being sent but suddenly the fields are blank.
We were successfully using these to insert custom fields into the messages for each online event and now it doesn’t seem to pull in the data from the value fields.
[EVENT_META_*password]
[EVENT_META_*page_link]
Has something changed? Do I need to update something?
I’ve just tested the Registration Approved, recipient and evnt admin contexts using a custom field and [EVENT_META_* shortcode on version 5.0.20.p and its working as expected for me so need to narrow this down a little more if possible.
False alarm, sorry. I am going through the custom fields of events one by one now and found a couple of events where someone went freestyle with the custom field text.
Sadly I will have to keep checking one by one but I think this is human error and not EE. Thanks for quick response though.
