Custom Event List table repeating on body of WP page

I’ve got a custom Accordion Event Listing Table that loads on a WordPress page, but the table is repeating itself 11 times! What must be done to not have it repeat?

I am using the [EVENT_CUSTOM_VIEW template_name=”events-table”] shortcode on the WP page.

Within the custom index file I’ve got add_action(‘action_hook_espresso_custom_template_events-table’,’espresso_custom_template_events_table’);

function espresso_custom_template_events_table(){ right after the get_header function.

Is this a PHP or HTML issue? Maybe something in my CSS file as well?
