Custom email after payment no longer works

The feature to have a custom email sent to registrants after they pay no longer works. Any ideas how to fix the problem?

Hi there,

Can you define “no longer works” a bit? Does a non-custom email get sent instead of the custom email? Have you verified that the custom template is set within the event to get sent to the registrants?

A non-custom email is sent. I have verified that the custom template is set within the event to get sent to registrants.

May I ask which version of Event Espresso do you have activated on your site?

If you go to Event Espresso > General Settings and look at the Email Settings box, is Send payment confirmation emails? set to Yes or No? If set to Yes, you’ll change that to No to allow only sending custom emails.
