Custom Display of Classes

I would like to display my classes in a view like this. Where day of the week is what the classes are sorted by. How do I accomplish this?

Another desired view of the classes is like this:

I am using WP 4, EE3, Custom Template Addon purchased.

Hi,

You could use the Events table template as a starting point:

However, you would need additional custom coding to add those additional options and reposition some of the content.
