Custom Confirmation Email

Hi, I am trying to create a custom confirmation email to be sent upon completing payment for a class that has the payment information and includes class details (date, time) and other class information as well. But I haven’t been able to find any way to access the date and time info (not included in the variables) in the Payment Received template. Am I missing something?

Hi,

The date and time information shortcodes can be added to the [DATETIME_LIST] *: section of the Payment Received email template. You can click on the menu icon to get the available shortcodes for that section.

Then, you can put the [DATETIME_LIST] shortcode into the [EVENT_LIST] section or the [TICKET_LIST] section.
