We are building a patient vaccination system for appointment registration, check-in, and then updating their statuses: scheduled, checked-in, vaccinated, refused, checked-out, observation, left without observation. Scheduled and checked-in is covered by EE, but we need to add the additional custom statuses. The admin may update those statuses manually in wp-admin. How would you do this? Do you see a way to add custom statuses to the Checkedin status?
One way to attach additional data to the registration would be to set up custom registration questions, but make all of them Admin only. This way the admin can update the information in Event Espresso > Registrations.
Alternatively, custom fields can be added/updated for the attendee’s Contact record in Event Espresso > Registrations > Edit Contact.
