Custom Attendee questions won't export with bulk Attendee export

Hi,

When I export attendee data to excel by event my custom question data exports without a problem, but the custom questions do not export when I try to export all attendee data (from event overview). I’m running 3.1.19. Thanks!

This was fixed in the latest version of EE. I would suggest updating.

I tried updating to 3.1.26 and executing a bulk download. The custom questions still aren’t appearing in the CSV.

Select the “I am sending login info as requested” department form.

I am having the same problem, If I click export all attendees it doesn’t give me the custom questions. I am on version 3.1.26

Can’t figure out what I am doing wrong…I am exporting attendees list and it is not giving me the name and email address…I am getting the other fields but not these 2. What I am doing wrong?

I think what happened is that we modified the exports for individual events to pull the name, email, address etc question data from the attendee questions table instead of the attendee table. It should be an easy fix. I will try to add it to the next version.

For now it may be best to go into each individual event and export the attendees that way.

@teta I was just looking at this on my test server, but I am unable to reproduce it. It seems I am able to export all of the data without a problem. So it may be a database issue with your site.

I am going to install a plugin so I can look at your DB.

Ok thanks! I just exported by class and got the info I needed for now but it would sure be a time saver if I could export the whole thing at once 🙂

I found the issue and have added it to the upcoming version 3.1.27.
