You have the correct Site License Key for Espresso Groupon but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain.

This is after me removing the key and saving and then re inserting the key on the same domain. http://www.marvinsmagicschool.co.uk.

i done this because im having issues with the group on addon where if i enter a voucher number it does not discount the payment to $0 it stays at the same price.

I have EE version 3.1.29.1.P ( this says in my wordpress there is an up date but wont let me because it comes up saying CA certificate could not be authorized ) and groupon version 1.5.2. ( wordpress does not show an update for this but i can see an update if i log into my EE account.

Thanks in advanced.

Hi Dean,

I reset your licence key so please remove your licence key, save, add it back in and re-save.

If that does not resolve the auto update issue you may need to manually update the plugin, by downloading it from your Event Espresso accounts page and following directions here. http://codex.wordpress.org/Managing_Plugins#Manual_Plugin_Installation

Downloading update from redacted – Event Espresso support team – LOC

Ive now updated the groupon plugin and now it says Sorry, voucher code demo1990 is either invalid, expired, has already been used, or can not be used for the event(s) you are applying it to. or any active code i use.

Hi Dean,

It looks like you updated manually?

Regarding the groupon issue I got the message “Sorry, voucher code demo1990 is either invalid, expired, has already been used, or can not be used for the event(s) you are applying it to.”

Groupon/Social codes are one use only.

Also, if you have multiple different questions, please post them on individual forum threads, it helps us help you (that sounded cheesey but it really does).

Ahh the good old deactivate/reactivate, it is like the IT department response but for WordPress!

Glad you got it fixed!
