The countries tab (General settings) allows you to enable or disable countries that are used in various areas of Event Espresso (e.g. registration form, venues address).
You’ll also need to ensure that your organization is set to your local country.
Right, here’s the fix. We are running with W3 Total Cache, so deactivated that plugin, saved all our EE4 settings again, then reactivated the W3 plugin.
When using a caching plugin you’ll also need to set EE critical pages not to cache. A lot of the content within Event Espresso is dynamically created within the same pages, if these pages have been cached it causes multiple problems with the registrations (Security errors not allowing users to register for example).
