CSV will not download

I am trying to download my CSV files and nothing happens. I just get the message below-
Generating file event-espresso-registrations-2019-09-22 13-42-52.csv…

The file will download automatically when done, and then you will be redirected.

The problem I have is nothing is being downloaded.

Hi,

You could first try using a different web browser. It’s possible the browser doesn’t allow for downloading generated CSV files.

If that does not help, then you could try temporarily deactivating the other plugins on the site and temporarily switching to a default WP theme. This will rule any plugin or theme conflict.
