CSV report not populating

Our conference website is not live yet as we are still ensuring everything works like we want it to. I have completed two registrations payment made, accepted and approved. I have not been able to generate a populated CSV report.

The report it generates is just the titles of the personal and address information question groups. It does not show the custom question group titles and does not show registrant responses to any of the question titles.

Let me know what I can try or what I may be doing wrong. We are close to launching the website and need to know I can pull registration information.

Hi there,

So when you export you see only answer to system question? (First Name, Last Name, email and address questions)

Can you send me a copy of the CSV so I can see what is happening? You can send it to support[at]eventespresso.com (please include a link to this thread within the content so we know what it is for)
