csv report download problem (2)

I cant donwload a CSV report, i really need it.
I has 530 inscriptions with 15 questions each.
I changed the ini file, i changed the code

“$registrations = $reg_model->get_all(array(array(‘EVT_ID’=>$event_id),’order_by’=>array(‘Transaction.TXN_ID’=>’asc’,’REG_count’=>’asc’),’limit’=>array(100,100))); ”

Nothing helps.

Any other suggestions ?

Hi,

Please revert any code modifications back to default.

Please try updating to the latest EE4 version and see if that resolves the issue.

If updating does not resolve the issue:

What exactly happens when you try to download the CSV file?

Are there any errors showing?

Have you enabled WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG to check if there are any errors? https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG

What browser are you using? Have you tried any other browsers, if so which?
