I am looking for a way to download a CSV report for all registrations from 2024. I only see a way to download by month. Is this possible to get a report for the whole calendar year?

Hi there,
The easiest way to do this is to download all registration data for all time by going to: Event Espresso > Registrations and click the Registrations CSV Report button at the bottom of the page. This will generate a .CSV file containing data for all years. Open the file in your preferred spreadsheet program, then filter or remove data from before and after 2024 as needed.

Yes, we can do that. I was just hoping there was an easier way to filter it, since we have nearly 21,000 registrations from several years in our system.

Would it help to have a date range filters on the list table so you can see the data in that range and export what you see?

Hi there,
Currently we don’t have the option to filter by year, however, there are filters within the registration list table that allow you to add your own (and the additional query parameters to go with those) so its possible to add a new filter with some custom code.
If you are/or are working with a developer, take a look at the:
FHEE__Extend_EE_Registrations_List_Table__filters
and
FHEE__Registrations_Admin_Page___get_where_conditions_for_registrations_query
filters.
If not, this is something we can put together for you using a support token if that helps.
