csv registration export columns not lining up for cancelled registrations

When I cancel a registration for an event and then go the the list of registrants for the event and do an export CSV… the columns don’t line up. For the cancelled event there are 3 empty columns that appear after Phone and Transaction Promotions.

Any fix for this?

The 3 empty columns fall between Phone and Transaction Promotions.

Hi,

May I ask were the cancelled registrations linked to other registrations that were not cancelled? For example if there were two registrations from one transaction, and one of the two registrations were cancelled.

Also, can you post a link to the related event? If so, we can investigate further.
