Hi,

I can’t seem to get the csv import working even with the sample file.

I get the message:

Upload file has been deleted.
Added a total of 1 events to the database.

but no events get added even when I upload another file with more then one event it still gives the same message.

Thanks

Hi,

The sample file needs updating, but the import notes state that the dates need to be in the following format 2013-05-20 (YYYY-MM-DD).

So when the dates were not in that format, it failed to upload, but when they are the import works fine.

So can you check the dates in your spreadsheet and modify them and try again please?

Hi,

You have the dates like this 12-1-2012

they need to be like this 2012-01-12 (Year-month-date).
