As a test, I exported an Event to my computer and then attempted to import this same CSV file back into Event Espresso. Upon doing this I received a PHP error stating that the “uploads/espresso” directory could not be located.
I manually created this directory and then attempted the import process again. The Event Espresso Admin page then displayed an error stating,
“The following errors have occurred:
Could not update Term_Relationship with the csv data: 59,2,0 because There is no Primary Key defined on model EEM_Term_Relationship”
Would you please help me resolve this issue?
See screen-shot image below:
This appears to be an issue from Exporting and Importing an event on the same site.
If you edit the file (please use an editor such as Sublime Text as opposed to Excel) on the first line you’ll find the domain of the site you exported that event from, change this in some way, this can simply be adding a 2 onto the domain.
For example noah.co.uk changed to noah2.co.uk
Then import the file with this new setting, does the import work as expected?
I forwarded the site’s details over to the developer who maintains the import/export feature. I’ll send an update with what he finds.
