Hi –

When I try to export the list of registrants using the “event registrations csv report” button, it produces unformatted text (seen below) rather than a csv file:

“”Transaction ID”,”Attendee ID”,”Registration ID”,”Time registration occurred”,”Unique Code for this registration”,”Count of this registration in the group registration “,”Registration’s share of the transaction total”,Currency,”Registration Status”,”Transaction Status”,”Transaction Amount Due”,”Amount Paid”,”Payment Date(s)”,”Payment Method(s)”,”Gateway Transaction ID(s)”,Check-Ins,”Ticket Name”,”Datetimes of Ticket”,”First Name”,”Last Name”,”Email Address”,”Address Part 1″,”Address Part 2″,City,State,Country,”ZIP/Postal Code”,Phone,company,”job title”,”

Hi,

What you’ve shared is typical of a CSV file. It should contain unformated text, with each field value separated by a comma. That said, there should be at least one set of values for a registration immediately following the “job title” field.

In this case you could try a different web browser, as it’s possible to set a browser to open a CSV instead of saving it to a file.
