CSV export now includes incomplete registrations

Hi there,

Since updating to 4.9.12.p , our client is reporting that the CSV download of registrations now includes incomplete, abandoned, and unpaid registrations, whereas before it did not include those registrations.

I’ve viewed the changelog but I didn’t see any information about this change. Can you confirm whether this is a planned change, or if there is something going wrong that we need to fix? If it’s a planned change, we’ll need to make some adjustments to our workflow.

Hi there,

I was running some testing on Event Espresso earlier this morning for an upcoming payment gateway so I pulled some records and it doesn’t appear that the behavior has changed.

Approved registrations and registrations pending payment are shown:

Did you upgrade from a very old version of Event Espresso 4 (e.g. 4.6.x)?

Hi Lorenzo,

I believe we updated from 4.9.7.p , so not too much of a jump.

I’m seeing the following in our csv export: Approved, Cancelled, Incomplete, and Pending Payment .

Did you or a developer on your team make some edits directly to EE4 core so that the CSV export did not include non-Approved registrations? The reason I ask is because the CSV export always has displayed Approved, Cancelled, Incomplete, and Pending Payment registrations.
