CSV Export issues

Hello,

Hello, I can’t extract the CSV report in a .csv file, insteed of this I get a browser page that output the CSV data. Also most of my events are in greek languages, and the exported data are exported in non-understandable characters, so I need to know how to change the Encoding for GR chars to be OK.
Send a screenshoot CSV EXPORT IMAGE.

Is there a way to extract to excel format?

Hi Michael,

Are you on the latest software and does the issue continue when only Event Espresso 4 is running?

Hello Lorenzo,

I proceeded to the latest version update, removed all of the plugins and then tried again. The results are the same as the attached screenshot.

Looking forward for a solution or workaround on this.

Would you happen to know if the site is running PHP 5.3 or higher?

As per my phpinfo.php => PHP Version 5.3.3 .
