Hi Dave, I believe moving the invoice/receipt files is a coincidence. Have you modified any of the messages templates? Generally we find this is caused by either your server, or the recipient server marking the emails as spam, so then they are sent as plain text. Your email client will then try its best to ‘decipher’ the email and display it the best it can. We recommend using a transactional email service such as Mandrill or PostMark to send the emails, this removes your server configuration from the equation and uses their servers (who’s business model are dependent on having the servers correctly configured) The added benefit of services such as these is the extra reporting this allows you to use.
