I have a allready looked in the archive for this but could really find a solution.
Every pending payment email I receive I get a complete CSS stylesheet on top of the email.
You could try resetting it to default, if you go to Event Espresso -> Messages.
Registration Pending Payment message type and edit the context this is happening on (Event Admin or Primary Registrant)
Then on the right click reset templates (if you have customisations to those templates they will be lost)
Then re-test and see if this fixes the issue.
However generally speaking when you see CSS within the email it has been marked as potential spam and the mailserver has sent it as plain text. Your email client then does the best it can to decipher and display this on the other end.
We receommend using a transactional email service such as Mandrill or Postmark to ensure your emails are correctly formatted and delivered.
