Critical Error trying to open e-mail templates (E-mail/HTML/Tickets)

Hi,

When I am trying to open the e-mail template (E-mail/HTML/Tickets) a WP critical error shows.

I Receive No E-mail in for further instructions.

Can you help me with this issue?
