Critical error only when accessing general settings

Hello,
I have a critical error when accessing general settings.

Hi there,

Can you post the critical error being thrown?

You should have received an email from your site with the stack trace and full error being thrown when you load that page.

If no you can check your server’s error logs around the same time as loading the general setting page for the error there (your host will usually have a section you can view you site’s PHP errors on).

Hi there,

Is this a new install or an update?

That error looks like you have all countries set not to display any states.

Go to {domain}/wp-admin/admin.php?page=espresso_general_settings&action=country_settings

The page should look something like this:

Set that ‘Country Appears in Dropdown Select Lists’ option to yes for at least one country (the default country that loads is fine) and click save (down at the bottom of the settings).

That should remove the error.
