It is a critical error. I sent the error log via a ticket a few hours ago. Yes, all of my site is always current. And, I disabled all plugins except EE4 core and importer and still threw the error. I also tried the import using only a single registrant with first, last, and email, and it still threw the error. I would lean more toward code than configuration at this point.
Tools -> Site Health -> Troubleshooting -> Enabled Troubleshooting mode.
That will disable all plugins and switch to a default theme and then allow you to enable specific plugins whilst in troubleshooting mode. Once disabled you will revert back to the current state.
You can also test the theme if there’s possible conflict by using that plugin.
That did not work either. Site health lists my site as Good. I disable everything and use a default theme with the same result. And for clarification, the importer works correctly until the final import steps. All fields are mapped correctly. The import process is correctly identifying fields and mapping to the event fields. But the final import throws a critical error.
We have received your support token request and will log in directly to troubleshoot this.
I’ll follow up with you directly via email.
