Hi,
For my event I have two payment options, credit card or bank transfer. In EE3 I was using e-way as the payment gateway, for EE4 I am now using Mijireh (+ e-way which adds an extra layer and 50 cents per credit card transaction).
Is there any way to indicate the credit card fee separately for the customer if they decide to pay via credit card? I can’t add it to the ticket price because some people will choose to process via bank transfer so it wouldn’t be fair to charge them for credit card processing.
Any help or workaround to achieve this would be appreciated, I’ve come to a grinding halt!

Hi,
Right now there isn’t a way to add on a fee depending on gateway. We are working on a re-write for the gateways in EE4 to allow for more flexibility and this feature is on our wish list. I can’t guarantee inclusion or advise when this will be ready, but I have high hopes that this will be in there as it is a widely desired feature.

Thanks for the reply Dean. For this particular event there are 4 events in 1 so the fee would need to be dependent on the specific events selected and then which gateway was used. EE4 is looking so much better than EE3 so I really do look forward to using it one day in the future….although I can’t guarantee I’ll use it or advise whether it will ever meet my requirements 🙂
