We had a credit card transaction come through, but it did not come through our merchant account. Looking at this, I saw a difference in the classification of the charges that came through.
One said Authorize.net AIM, the other said Credit Card. We did not get the money for the one.
1.) Why would this happen?
2.) Is there a way to see if the person was charged or do we need to contact them directly.
You can check the Authorize.net account transaction history, and you can also check the Event Espresso > Payment Methods > Logs page and view all the API calls for the transaction (you’ll get the Transaction Id from the Event Espresso > Transactions page).
