Creating Tickets for Different Country Groups

I am currently setting up a Registration Website for a conference tand I require different pricing for different country groups. This is based on the GDP of the country :

Group A and B pay 125 EUR
Group C and D pay 220 EUR + 10 EUR Surcharge
Group E and F pay 285 EUR + 25 EUR Surcharge

The Surcharge is there in order to pay for subsidised fees.

For each ticket there is an early and late option(which I’ve already managed to set up)

I will be able to get the Country in the Registration Process(and group accordingly)

Looking forward for your insight and solutions

Hello, I would create an event for each country group. Then add these links to a WordPress page with a small image for each and a brief message with the countries under each country group.

Then each event would link to the specific event for that country group.

The reason why is that you’ll need to select a ticket option before the attendee/registrant information is collected.

Another way to handle this would be to use a forms plugin that has conditional questions like Gravity Forms, then provide a link to the correct country group based on the answer that is selected.

I apologise for taking so long to answer. I like your solution but would like to know whether it is possible for a Step-by-Step Registration within Event Espresso?

And whether it is possible to have people register to the site before actually registering to the event through Event Espresso?

Thanks in advance for all your patience and apologies once again for my very late reply.

‘Step-by-Step Registration’ refers to Multi-Page Registration

Hi,

“whether it is possible for a Step-by-Step Registration within Event Espresso?”

I assume you mean the registration questions? If so, then no the questions are all listed out. You could implement some custom JavaScript to hide/show parts of the form but that would require a developer.

“And whether it is possible to have people register to the site before actually registering to the event through Event Espresso?”

The Wp User Integration addon allows you to lock events to users who are logged in. EE doesn’t handle the site registration but the WP User Integration addon can help manage who can access what event:
