I need to know how to create multiple events on the same event page like the Multiple Events plugin page advertises:

https://eventespresso.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/10/2012-03-20_11-01-59-220×137.jpg

This is a single event with multiple event “choices”. We would like to use this functionality in this way but are not sure how.

Hi David,

Which version of Event Espresso are you currently using?

We just installed the latest version 3.1.37.5.P and the multiple events extension

We currently have 2 versions of Event Espresso.

EE3 and EE4.

So you are running the latest version of EE3 which doesn’t have the feature shown in the screenshot, did you chose EE3 for a particular reason?

I’m just wondering if EE4 will suit your needs.

Yes, EE4 doesn’t have waiting lists

Hi David, with Event Espresso 3, the events will be queued to the cart from the events listing page.

Then once a registrant/attendee clicks to view the cart, then they’ll be able to select various quantities and finish up checking out for their registrations.

Hi guys,

So we cannot show multiple listings per the screenshot I posted in EE3?

This is an EE4 feature. Is that correct?

Hi David,

Event Espresso 4 uses the ticket selector within each event:

https://eventespresso.com/features/ticket-selector/

You can have multiple tickets and select quantities for each ticket directly within the event.

Event Espresso 3 has a similar feature but it works differently. The Multi Event Registration Add-on allows you add an event to a cart. Then when you view the cart you can select the different ticket options from within the events add to the cart:

https://eventespresso.com/wiki/multiple-event-registration-add-on/

Which page did you find that screenshot?

With EE3 and the Multi Event Registration Add-on.

You Add the event to the cart, using this link – http://take.ms/T1rJp

Then when you view the cart you see the available ticket types for that event, like this – http://take.ms/TfO4V

Is that what you are looking for?

Nope. We need it to be on the same page so you can register for multiple dates from the same individual page. So for example, an event name might be “Opera”, and there are 6 dates for the opera on the same individual page before adding to cart.

Hi there David,

This is not available as a display option in Event Espresso 3.

The table option with the different pricing choices is introduced for the multiple cart registration add-on and appears on the cart page rather than the events listing page.
