We are using the “system questions” to capture “attendee” details and “custom questions” to capture PAYER’s details.
Currently when the registration form is submitted, the integration creates a new contact in InfusionSoft using the “attendee” details.
Having the “attendee” contact created is ok, however is there a way we can also get the integration to create an InfusionSoft contact record based on the “custom question” fields ie Payer’s first and last names?
This one might be a stretch: We have a custom question to capture the Payer’s company name. Is there a way to create a “company record” in InfusionSoft based on this (and hopefully create the link with the Payer details)
Would something like ZAPIER help with any of this?
