Create role where user can see and move their own registrations

Excellent plugin-in. I’ve pretty much been able to achieve everything I’ve wanted to. The one sticking point I have is allowing Users as opposed Administrators to utilise Attendee Mover. Is it possible to create a role where a User sees only their registrations and can move them?

Hi there,

Do you mean the user that placed the registration themselves or user that would basically be classed as the event admin?

Currently users themselves can not use the attendee mover add-on but you could create a role that will allow event admins (other than the ‘Administrator’) the ability to move attendees.

Is it possible you could help me create an Event ‘Administrator’ role that would only see their registrations in the back-end as you’ve suggested above?

Many thanks.

It depends on what you are asking for as it is still unclear.

So, when you say ‘their’ registrations, do you mean registrations by other users in which this user is the Event Admin or do you mean their own registrations they have made on the event?

It is possible to create roles for the ‘Event Admin’ that can only view registrations they are set as the event author on, but creating roles that users would use to have the ability to view/edit/move their own registrations is not something the admin was designed for.

Can you explain further what it is your trying to do please.

OK, I understand. Many thanks for your help. But one of the issues I’m still having is that when a master attendee books multiple events only the first events is showing up on [ESPRESSO_MY_EVENTS].

Incidentally, I copied the instructions you gave here (https://eventespresso.com/topic/espresso_my_events-only-showing-first-event-registered-using-multi-event-reg/) But it didn’t seem to make a difference.

Here is my Registration Form structure.

You’ll probably need to require “Member Federation Information” in the Questions for Additional Registrations section to allow those additional registrations to show up there.
