I need to be able to create an identical event every day, for a few months at a time in advance. Is there a way I can do this with the API, or is there a work-around that would make this possible? I’m comfortable working with the PHP code.
Alternatively, is there any way to allow a guest to create an event from the front-end of the website?
Regarding the front end events, there is a Beta addon plugin called Front-end Event Manager which allows logged in users the ability to create basic events from the front end (not all event features are supported from the front end).
This addon is only available to valid licence holders as it is part of the Pre Release channel (beta plugins).
I was actually asking about EE4. Is any of this possible in EE4?
As for the recurring events manager, would that allow me to set up a recurring event and then all future events will be created instantly? In other words, it won’t generate the events a few days before the event, it will generate the events for months in advance?
Thank you.
