I am working on a new event and when I click the ‘Create New Custom’ Button. All that happens is the screen moves to the top of the page. It doesn’t a pop up box to name the new custom email like before.
Those 2 examples both already have a custom template assigned, is it only happening for those or does it still happen when you click on one of the message types that is currently set to global?
(Note I can’t reproduce this so I don’t think it is related to having a template already set, just helping troubleshoot)
If you open up Dev Tools within your browser when testing this does it show any errors in the console when you click the button?
We might just need your expert eyes to have a look at our site.
