Hi there,

Currently, we don’t have an add-on that can create a seating plan for users to select during registration etc but you could use an admin-only question and manually assign seating number to registrations.

So the user would register and you would need to edit the registration, assign a seat and then trigger an email to show the seat numbers.

Would that work? I can provide more details on how to set it up if so.

Depending on the number of seats you could try using individual tickets for each seat, although Event Espresso isn’t designed to use high numbers of tickets on events so unless the venue is fairly small that likely isn’t going to work well.
