We’re using EE 4 to manage scheduling and transactions for real estate education. What’s the best way to produce and print course certificates upon class completion? Is there an add-on that could handle this with some customization?

Hello, there is an integration with LearnDash that could help you create course certificates:

Note that it extends your site to add a learning management system.

Me again. Any chance we could use the EE4 Printable Tickets Add-on to handle course certificates (with some customization)? Could it be reworked as an admin feature to print rather than a customer to print? I have a developer who is experienced in WP, PHP, JQuery, etc. but wanted to know if it’s worth the effort to try to customize this add-on. It seems to have everything we need with the exception of who actually has the right to print it, so perhaps that could be reworked.

So you just want to prevent the user themselves from receiving the email that contains the ticket URL?
If so you can just disable the Ticket Notice message within:
Event Espresso -> Messages -> Settings.
Drag the Ticket Notice message to the Inactive box – http://take.ms/gdJcY
The admin has access to the tickets through the registrations list – http://take.ms/BIgDw
Is that what you are looking for?
