We are on Version 5.0.23.p of EE and just recently updated. We tried to increase the capacity of a course and the increase is not taking effect. The capacity shows correctly under the “Even Registration Options” area, but the ticket is not updating so no additional people can be registered. Please see screenshot. https://imgur.com/a/7WHRQUQ
The “Maximum number of tickets allowed per order for this event” is the number of registrations a person can select in a single group… so in your screenshot you are saying people can select up to 30 tickets at once for that event.
The Datetime ‘card’ shows you have 24 sold with a qty of 24, so its sold out.
Havd you tried increasing the capacity to 30? (Click on the Capacity field you’ve highlighted in the screenshot and change the value to 30).
Ah, I see now. I think maybe some things have updated in this newer version and our admin got confused and then I didn’t look close enough when raising the ticket. We understand now and got it working fine. Thank you.
