1. We have several class managers and when they use the email manager to communicate with attendees before hand all the responses come back to the main wordpress install email. can we not fix that so the managers can dictate where the responses go for their class attendees?

2. the calendar is unreadable on mobile.

3 users taht have the same email domain as the website domain dont get any website correspondence. for instance new user signup emails and/or cc’d emails.

4. and finally the event espresso stuff including admin is very very slow. is this a common issue or could it be my site. there are lots of plugins but wondering if ee is slow already?

Hi there,

1. We have several class managers and when they use the email manager to communicate with attendees before hand all the responses come back to the main wordpress install email. can we not fix that so the managers can dictate where the responses go for their class attendees?

Not without custom development, EE3 will use the email set in Event Espresso -> General Settings -> Primary contact email as the From and Reply to email.

Based on feedback from EE3 we designed EE4 to allow for changes like these within the message system.

2. the calendar is unreadable on mobile.

Can you add more details on this please? The Calendar doesn’t display text on mobile and will just show the event ‘blocks’ on the calendar until clicked.

3 users taht have the same email domain as the website domain dont get any website correspondence. for instance new user signup emails and/or cc’d emails.

A new user signup through EE or WordPress? Do password reset emails work?

EE doesn’t differentiate between email addresses so the above is likely an issue on the mail server’s side.

If you install the WP Mail Logging plugin can you see the emails being saved in that log?

4. and finally the event espresso stuff including admin is very very slow. is this a common issue or could it be my site. there are lots of plugins but wondering if ee is slow already?

No, it should not be so slow it would be considered ‘very very slow’, it make take a couple of seconds to load the data but I’m assuming its a lot longer than that?

Is it every page in the EE admin?
