I am using EE4 and had several countries states/counties installed.
I am not sure why, but now they are not showing (except for France!). Previously they were all OK. I have been through all the instructions and tried deleting plugins and reinstalling, but I am unsure why this is happening.
Can you go to Event Espresso > General Settings > Countries, then select one of the countries that are no longer showing. Is the option for “Country Appears in Dropdown Select Lists” set to Yes? If not, you set that option to Yes, then click “Save Country Details”. Then you repeat the above for any other missing countries.
We’d probably need to log into the site to investigate. Can you complete the secure form on this page, and include a list of the Countries that should appear as options?
The countries have been added back onto your site. It’s probably not a coincidence that the 4 missing countries were also the countries that had the state/county pack plugins installed. Those should not be left installed and activated. They’re intended for a one-time use where you install, activate, deactivate, then delete. So after I ran the scripts from those plugins one last time, I deleted the plugins.
Well I deleted France because it was working, but didn’t delete the others as they did not work after installing.
