Correct key, but your membership only allows automatic updates on 1 domain

Hi there,

I’m getting the

“You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.” notice on my plugin page. Can you reset my key?

Hi Mike,

I have reset your license key. Please remove the key from the field in your settings, save, then reenter the key and save again.
