I keep getting this error when trying to register.
It appears your browser is not currently set to accept Cookies
In order to register for events, you need to enable cookies.
If you require assistance, then click the following link to learn how to enable cookies
It only shows this error if you are not logged in as admin. Normal users can not register.
The site is hosted on blue host and I have already tried disabling plugins, varnish (on the server),
Please help.

From this feedback:

This is related to caching on your site. If you have already tried to turn off caching from your end, then please ask your web host to re-locate your site to another server that does not force caching.

When I turn off varnish caching i see the following:

Hi Lorenzo,
When I asked bluehost about removing caching they said the following.
That would have to be addressed with the developer of that tool. There is not a way to selectivly turn of that caching to this tool to go through it . It is all or nothing with varnish.

You can update to the current version of EE4 (4.9.6) and that will fix the error you are seeing.
