Continued registration issues with Chrome

I’m sorry to report, but the registration errors seem to be continuing.

Confirmed no NextGen cron jobs are running and have added define(‘NGG_CRON_ENABLED’, FALSE); to wp-config.php file.

Hi there,

The “Must provide source or customer” is unrelated to the other topics errors where NextGEN was removing the registration data. “Must provide source or customer” is a Stripe API error which indicates something isn’t quite right with the Stripe Payment settings. Have those been changed?

I had not changed anything with stripe. However, I did proceed with updating the api keys. Hopefully this will help.

On looking over your site I’d like to take a deeper look into this, to see if we can narrow down the problem further, would that be ok?

Hi AJ,

The password you sent was incorrect, but you should update to the current version of Event Espresso 4. There’s a fix that prevents the other conflict with the NextGEN gallery that was causing the Stripe error.
