The “Must provide source or customer” is unrelated to the other topics errors where NextGEN was removing the registration data. “Must provide source or customer” is a Stripe API error which indicates something isn’t quite right with the Stripe Payment settings. Have those been changed?
The password you sent was incorrect, but you should update to the current version of Event Espresso 4. There’s a fix that prevents the other conflict with the NextGEN gallery that was causing the Stripe error.
