Hello,
We have an espresso contact list that complet with every registration that comes from the website and that the users have done. On the other hand when adding a client from the back office it is necessary to recreate the user even if it exists already, why does it do that?

It would not be possible to add a person to a course from the contact list?

Can you tell me how?

It shouldn’t be adding new contacts if there is already a contact that matches the first name, last name, and email fields.

Not with my event espresso .
I speak from the back office not online . Online its working !
Can you connect on the back office and check if I send to you the login ?

Are you sure when you input the information about the attendee, that it’s exactly matching the information about the contact?

This information is just in you and me right ? no body can see the phone of the client?

Anyone could have seen the screenshot you posted, so it’s been removed. They weren’t very helpful either because I asked about the registration, not the contacts.

Within your event do you request custom questions for additional registration but not the personal information question group?
