Contact Info Missing

Hello,
My client is using EE4 and is having an issue with some registrations. The contact details are completely missing for some registrations. All it shows is an asterisk for the name of the registrant denoting that they are the primary registrant. The fields are required on the front-end. What could the issue be?

Hi there,

Can you see all of the other information when you view the registration? Just not the contact?

Are you running any caching plugins?

Does your host run any server side caching?

When we see registrations with no contact information it is usually due to caching, database or object caching to be more specific.

Thanks for the reply. No, there are no caching plugins or server-side caching taking place. Could it be something else?

Hi there,

What version on you on? This sounds like an issue that was corrected in a later version. Make sure you are up-to-date. It’s likely that those registrations are not actual registrations. Do they have transactions attached to them?
