I recently had a problem whereby someone would register and the next page with the ‘confirm registration’ had issues whereby the button was white on a white background and so not visible. I was told to add some custom CSS code to fix this but that I could delete this code next time the plugin was updated. Sure enough the CSS code worked and I deleted this code with the next update and all was well. Now I have customers saying they were not asked to make the payment when registering. When I check it seems the ‘confirm registration’ button is there but it’s a light grey and easy to miss. I don’t know why I have this problem each time the plugin gets updated, can someone please reply to say if I need to do a custom CSS code fix again or it there is some other way to make the button more visible.

The theme is styling most of the confirmation button, for instance this is the button in the 2013 theme http://d.pr/i/OmwO
As such you will need to override the CSS again. I would suggest using a plugin such as My Custom CSS to keep the CSS separate from Theme and Event Espresso, so neither theme nor plugin updates affect it.
