One of my customers uses Stripe for payments and it works great. They have asked me to set up a second Stripe payment method for them for a different division. They have created a new Stripe account for this division. They of course have given me Developer access to that Stripe account. When I try to “Connect with Stripe” I’m asked to choose a current account or create a new account. The list of accounts only shows 2 of many that I have access to and does not include the customer’s new Stripe account. Used to be all I had to do was have the particular Stripe account open and it would connect. Any help would be appreciated.
Just to clarify, with the other accounts you’ve linked previously did you also have developer access to those or log in as the main user?
If I recall correctly, the page that shows the accounts for you to select isn’t hosted by Event Espresso but rather Stripe themselves so if this worked previously it may be a change on their end (although Stripe are usually pretty good with not breaking their API’s). The OAuth section from EE is basically a middle man to connect the 2 (your site and Stripe) together.
