We’ve been having some issues getting registrations lately. We have done some troubleshooting and there seems to be a conflict with our Divi theme. Are you aware of this and is there a fix for this?

Hi,

May I ask what exactly is the issue with getting registrations, and what did you find that indicates a conflict with Divi?

When clients click the link to register it takes them to the event description but there is no link to get a ticket. We’ve been having intermittent issues for a while as well that when clients go to purchase a ticket it takes them to the “about us” page of the website. I had my website people do some troubleshooting and here’s what they said:

I found that the twenty-sixteen theme was installed, but missing a critical file, so that’s why the white screen was happening – when troubleshooting mode was turned on, it switched to a broken theme. So I fixed that, and then tried enabling things one-by-one to see what made the ticket selector disappear, and apparently, it’s the Divi theme.

OK, so two issues:
1) Missing ticket selector
and
2) Sometimes there’s a redirect to the about page when instead it should proceed to registration.

Can you post URLs to the pages where this is happening so we can investigate further?

Thank you. It appears that your site has Divi version 3.18.8. May I ask did the conflict start after updating the theme to that version? The reason I ask is because I have a site with a slightly older version of Divi, 3.18.3, and the event’s ticket selector displays as expected there.

One thing you or the folks responsible for maintaining the website could do is try temporarily rolling back to a previous version of Divi to see if that fixes the issue.
